For 9 years i'm a part time/freelancer, self-taught Computer Technician, doing computer assembly, repairs, upgrades on hardwares and performing installations of Operating System (XP/VISTA) and other softwares. I would say i'm good in diagnosing and troubleshooting computer especially when it comes to hardwares problems. Currently, I'm working in a Call Center company and assigned to support customers or potential clients from the largest Telecommunication company in New Zealand...

I would say i'm good in diagnosing and troubleshooting computer especially when it comes to hardwares problems.

Currently, I'm working in a Call Center company and assigned to support customers or potential clients from the largest Telecommunication company in New Zealand as a Technical Support Representative. As part of the job title, we troubleshoot emails and email client issues (i.e. MS Outlook, MacMail, etc.), Broadband Internet connection, including wireless troubleshooting between modems and pc and mostly answering customers query about the products being offered.

I'm not much about networking though but im a person who is easy to learn and very willing to be trained.

I am looking for opportunities to expand my knowledge, meet new challenges, interact with different people.
