v     Enter employee data on the computer for new arrivals for payroll purposes v     Compiles all statistics for arrival and departures– weekly, monthly, on demand. v     Prepare various report for HR Director as requested v     Assist in the general orientation of new staff particularly documentation v     Responsible in receiving CVs and sending these CVs to the respective Head of Departments for assessment v     Logging CVs in different categories (doctors, nurses, paramedics, administration and support services) v     Informing agencies with the assessment of the CVs they have sent v     Contact referees for reference letters of in process applicants especially doctors v     Arrange orientation schedule for new arrivals v     Arrange phone interview with the applicants v     Prepares memo as per HR Director’s request v     Answers applicants queries regarding status of their application v     Applying visa and ticket for in process candidates v     Preparing the arrival list with the flight number and time of arrival of candidates weekly v     Responsible in preparing and sending the Individual Performance Review v     Liaises with all the recruitment agencies through phone, fax or email concerning all in process candidates (medical reports, visa stamping, arrival notification) v     Prepares the documents needed by the agencies for accreditation of recruiting overseas workers v     Preparing the new employee’s file which includes filing the important documents and arranging it in the filing cabinet v     Prepares and sends weekly Recruitment Status Report to all Head of Departments v     Prepares weekly vacancy list to be sent to all agencies v     Any other task assigned by the HR Director |
