8.      A/R Monitoring

9.      Reconciliation of A/R

Work Description (Accounting/ Finance):

1. preparation      of bank account balances (beginning and ending balances).
2. funding    ;  of payment (ISIS and INET)to mastercard and jp morgan.
3. updating      dollar rate in oracle system.
4. downloading      of report from oracle for the day to day transaction of cardholder.
5. handling      of receivables and collections from client/cardholder.
6. preparation      of cash flow (daily , monthly and yearly.)
7. handling      of petty cash.
8. bookkeeping
9. bank      reconciliation
10. making      of batch slip for the posting of unposted payments.
11. making      of debit/ credit adjustments.
12. handling      and preparing of sss, philhealth and pag-ibig contribution and loans for      payment and postings.
13. making      of deposit/ payment slip for the banks.
14. preparing      of checks (mc’s, cashiers) for payment and telegraphic transfer.
15. experience      in preparation of purchase order, receipts and voucher for supplier.
