I worked as an Executive Assistant to the Department Head for almost 3 years and have done Staff Assistant job for 2 years. As an Assistant, my competency lies on organizing files, answering and screening incoming calls, writing correspondences as needed, arranging weekly/monthly/quarterly meetings , schedule appointments, international and local (but mostly local trips) travel and hotel bookings...

For 8 years, I worked as a Customer Service Representative. I used to assist customers of a Telecommunications company with their inquiries, after -sales requests and product and service complaints of walk-in customers, VIP clients such as Managers, President of a Company and Businessman. I have done clients visits too.
I am looking for a job that will utilize my competencies and be able provide service to Buyers that needs my clerical or customer service skills.
