For the past several years, I've worked in various domains of business process outsourcing and global resourcing; from managing day to day operations to consulting for businesses worldwide. Over the years, I have worked in close interaction with new and established business setups in the US in order to gain them significant cost and time efficiencies through outsourcing. My current job at Avenir while heading the international business entails full responsibility of acquiring new business through winning projects, signing global strategic alliances and maintaining close liaison with companies or individuals looking to work with us on regular basis. My areas of expertise include identifying processes best suited for outsourcing, locating ideal outsourcing partners globally, launching the operations and training and supervising staff on both sides till the time they are ready themselves to take over. I have also worked with startup outsourcing businesses from planning to infrastructure and moving on to operations with the purpose of serving as back office for a designated small to medium size business or a self reliant multi-purpose outsourcing provider. I also have a strong multi dimensional educational background with masters in business administration and a bachelors degree in computer science. The combination helps me excel in quickly analyzing the technological needs of today's learning organisations and translate them into viable business solutions, making organisations take full advantage of their ever increasing outsourcing needs.
