  • I was the first US trainer from within my BU to be invited back to Japan to run a technical training course for a class from Singapore

    Responsibilities:

    * Act as consultant for next generation equipment course development.  This entails working directly with the course developer to assure technical accuracy of the course materials.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for next generation equipment training issues.  This entails meeting on a regular basis with appropriate people in the BU as well as communicating project progress on a regular basis.  Coordinate course development with TKL and TEE in order to preserve the integrity of the training.
  • Assist the training group in maintenance of the instructor certification program for TEA course offerings.  Audit and monitor other instructor’s technical knowledge and provide periodic reports to management.  Ensure that instructors are fully proficient in the skills they are teaching, and that their conduct of training adheres to the standards of the official instructor guides.
  • Represented the BU on the GTTT.  Attend meetings as required, and perform other functions as assigned by the GTTT leader and the BU GTTT leader.
  • Assist in production of Computer Based Training related to our products.  Learn to use authoring tools such as Toolbook Assistant, Flash MX, and other programs necessary to facilitate CBT development.  Act as liaison for the training group with the GTTT DL group for CBT related issues.
  • Utilize Kepnor Trego Rational processes and incorporate these into the training as well.
