This was a waste of my money and time that I could have used elsewhere. He was a very nice man over the phone, and I know the scoring is low...but I am just being honest as far as geting the job done. Coding is always different from website to website, and you have to be flexible to figure out why the original developer programmed it that way, and make the new ideas flow with the original design. So, I basically burned $50.00, and now I have less time to get the job complete. I would have also liked to see memos on what you actually did do to work on my site. nearly 4 hours, and not one single goal was met, and that is what upsets me the most. Some of the goals were super easy, and if you couldn't do one of the goals, I personally would have moved to the next goal so the employers money is not wasted. I have no idea what was done, and why I am spending my money. Skills: You have to be flexible to the code...it's never the same. You understood what I wanted, but failed to do any of them...so I give a 1.Availability: It took you a few days to do anything, and then you only worked like 30 minutes. And there was no memo on what you did for that time...that is unacceptable...1.Deadlines: Nothing accomplished in the time met...1.Communication: You sounded like you understood. I told you to call me with any questions...no goals were met, and no memos were written down...but you were nice on the voice chat. Giving you a 2.Cooperation: No flexibility, no suggestions on how to make it a more functional site. 1.
