This application helps me in making my reports both at work and in school organized and highly presentable. It allows me to attach pictures and files including but not limited to tables and and shapes. I have been using this program including MS Excel, MS Powerpoint since I was in College and is continuously using the said applications for work and personal use.

Cumulatively, I have been teaching both kids and adults in a formal and non-formal ways for more or less five years. I have been doing it as a professional and also, as a volunteer by teaching kids thru tutorial manner who can't afford to pay private tutors.

Professionally, I have taught a year in College when I was just a fresh graduate.

Presently, I am teaching English as a Second Language to Koreans.

• Teaches English using the ESL method to those whose first language is not English, especially to Koreans.
• Prepares lessons whose aim is to encourage the students to communicate using the structures and vocabulary they have learned and help them improve the four basic language skills of listening, speaking, reading and writing.

• Assists Dell customers from both consumer and small business clients regarding general questions and information, especially after sales which includes but is not limited to:
  1. changing of shipping address for invoiced and/or update customer's data when needed or requested by customers
  2. changing billing address of customer per customer's request with proper authorization
  3. providing status of order and other concerns relating to their orders such as replacing missing, wrong, or damaged parts
• Providing warranty status
• Places order for customers, mostly as concession
• Processes return, refund or pick up for customers as necessary
• Provides product or coupon concession as needed
• Sends email to tax department for the team with regard to tax exempt issues
• Documents customer's concern/s and calls even for transferred calls
• Documents fraud/theft issues properly
• Provides customer rebates status and information
• Sends or responds to customer’s email whenever applicable
• Mentors new customer care associates as assigned
• Assists team mates as necessary

• Provides directory assistance (business, government and residential listings) to US clients including Hawaii, Guam
• Assists Puerto Rico clients by transferring them to the proper department
• Provides assistance to clients needing emergency assistance (911 clients)

• Reports directly to the General Manager and ensures that assigned tasks are performed efficiently
• Maintains records of Marketing, Technical and Human Resources offices
• Ensures that files and information are kept confidential
• Coordinates with different offices in and outside the convention center with regard to the General Manager’s meetings as necessary
   
  Assists in the preparation for the Board and AdHoc meetings
• Assists in the preparation of the center’s annual budget and attended budget preparation meetings with the officers and the General Manager
• Researches on assigned topics as the need arises
• Assists Events Marketing officer during events and functions as assigned by the General Manager
