: Clarety is a Web-based application that covers the full life cycle of the Oregon (PERS) the retirement system member - from enrollment to final payment of all allowable benefits. Currently, PERS users can perform the following functions: Administrative and Support Services; Cash Receipts; Enrollment and Demographics; Employer Maintenance; General Ledger; Member Account Maintenance; Wage and Contribution Reporting; Member Purchase of Interleaving Military Service; Users perform these functions with the help of business process workflow. The system guides the user through the various steps needed to complete a particular function.

The Department of Public Health (DPH) is one of the several agencies under the Executive Office of Health and Human Services (EOHHS Commonwealth of Massachusetts)US. DPH’s mission is to serve all the people in the Commonwealth, particularly the under served, and to promote healthy people, healthy families, healthy communities and healthy environments through compassionate care, education and prevention.. The ESM+/EIM project is therefore a cross-bureau initiative that is aimed at providing a common information processing/technology platform for DPH's current and future Health Service Programs. The primary objectives of the ESM+/EIM initiative are: browser-based access to a secure Health Service Program application, To automate financial processing from invoicing by Health Service Providers meet all current state and federal privacy, security, data transmission, and data transaction standards including several state and federal regulations, support the eGovernment initiatives of the Commonwealth provide a single point of access for provider organizations to invoice EOHHS agencies for Purchase of Service (POS) contracted services interface with NewMMARS to process approved invoices for payment and interface with the Commonwealth Information Warehouse (CIW) for remittance and payment information
