· Designed and developed use cases and class diagrams.

GE Card Services supports core products that enable clients and consumers to operate locally and globally. The role of the GE Card Services Call Center Workstation is to provide Customer Service Representatives a Comprehensive integrated desktop solution that will simplify handling of a wide range of customer enquiries and interactions. Implemented in a user-friendly, self-help enabled web-based, front end Workstation to be accessible from all call centers and eventually, via the Internet.

The Requests Proof of Delivery window is activated after the user checks a tracking number on the main Package tracking window and selects Request SPOD from the filtered list. Tracking information is pre-populated with data associated with the tracking number previously entered. If the system, however, recognizes a POD request for the Ground package already exists, the system will launch the History Dialogue box and prevent the user from adding a duplicate request. User can request Signature Proof Of Delivery for Express package in three delivery options namely Fax, Fedex Letter and the third option is Fax and Fedex Letter.

Description: Dashboard project is used to migrate Application from Vignette V6 to Vignette V7. It also helps to manage contents through the application using Vignette out-of-the-box functionality. It is also facilitate to manage Files like news, Doc, PDF, img etc. Search functionality is also implemented using Vignette Search APIs.

The e-HR & Employee Portal Solution takes care of the HR Team’s Operational & Strategic Requirements through a set of modular applications. The Employee Portal provides Employee & Manager Self Service applications which link employees to HR, Finance, Administration and other departments through an empowering and easy interface. The system captures personal details, organizational information, education, skills, salary details, disciplinary action, emergency information and more.
PMS is a performance management system. As the name suggests it is used for setting an HR appraisal and goal setting process within a company. The process is started by a PACE admin (HR) who sets a corporate goal applicable to all the departmental heads within an organization. Departmental goals are set by all Department heads and are applicable to all sub departments under that department. Sub department goal is later published by sub department head and is approved by department head. The process included Workflow process of modification, rejection and approvals between these 3 levels. It also includes setting of individual KRA (Key result area) which gets evaluated by the reviewer of the individual.
