This project specifically called for a Mootools Expert. Akhilesh, the provider stated he was an expert with Mootools and many other Javascript frameworks, but he wasn't and he lacked any attention to detail, was very difficult to communicate with because he would not answer emails for several days at a time (due to being sick, but should this project have taken 3 weeks to complete -- no). My specification was very detailed and his job was to troubleshoot some problems with existing code and complete a new feature. This was done with very little care. On at least 3 occasions I was told the project was complete, but it was so full of bugs it wasn't even started, or even tested for that matter. To top it all off I was billed for 16 hours for a project that an expert should have completed in 6 or fewer hours. This is one of the worst experiences I have ever had with an oDesk provider. The company he works for ended up refunding 6 of those 16 hours. I ended up having to finish cleaning up a few of the bugs.
