Danila is one of the most ethical guys I have ever met period. I originally interviewed him to do html and css to complete a design that my graphics guy made. In his interview he said, " I can probably do this but it is not my specialty". I really respected that answer.Then we got to talking about other things (he is very friendly and his English is great). I found out his specialty was site speed efficiancy and ff - ie - safari - opera compatibility.He used Yahoo!'s Yslow testing software in conjunction with firebug to get my site operating much faster. All results were measurable. He did a fantastic job. Beyond my expectations!!!!!I must mention he is totally aware of SEO and had many good suggestions. It is a true rarity to have a developer that is seo savvy.He ended up fixing many bugs in html and css that another guy did. Remeber the one he said he wasn't an expert on? He may have not been an expert, but he sure does know what he is doing. ; )My lead developer and I love this guy. He is quick, a total team player and always delivers on time and accurately!! Many times ahead of schedule.Danila, thank you so much, you really impoved my site in so many ways and introduced me to your great qc methods! I feel very fortunate to have found you.If you are a buyer, you can totally trust this guy. No funny business, a straight shooter all the way! Totally honest! A true rarity!Other notables. - he did "clock in" when I was giving him instructions or when we im'ed each other.He did not charge me time when he was doing research. Again......a rarity.I wish Danila great success. I know it will come to him, guys like this are rare.
