- Filing and processing Rulings, Zonal Revaluations and Tax Credit Certificates with the Bureau of Internal Revenue;
- Handling immigration issues such as blacklisting, hold-departure orders, alien employment permits and visa applications;
- Negotiating issues related to mining and drafting relevant mining documents such as Mineral Production Sharing Agreements and Mines Operating Agreements; and,
- Coordinating with various local government offices which include the Securities and Regulations Commission, Bureau of Internal Revenue, Intellectual Property Office, Department of Foreign Affairs, among others. |
