I have developed many skills over the years in typing, data entry, and transcription as I worked in any insurance agency for over 10 years. While working in the agency, I had to opportunity to speak with and help clients around the United States. I have also had experience in the workplace that has taught me to be organized, independent, and responsible. Since leaving the workplace, I have continued my training with transcriptions specifically on the computer.
I worked full-time in an insurance agency for over 10 years doing receptionist duties as well as Customer Service Representative working with Bed & Breakfast policies nationwide. As part of my receptionist duties, I answered in-coming phone calls, organized and kept up a filing system, as well as transcribing dictated correspondence. As a customer service representative, I serviced insurance policies, worked with insureds over the phone, and kept and updated a database of potential Bed & Breakfasts.
