I had 8 investors and Lost 2 Vivacity Infotech couldn't meet deadlines. They had 3 week's for the music player to work so I can show judge that the site works and then I would have meet my requirements on the contract and on top of that I told them if they couldn't do it on time I would hire someone on oDesks to help and Vivacity Infotech said no need we can take care of this, site will be working by the time I have to go back to court. Well I lost site was not working Now I have a judgement against me. I have to pay over $9000 back to my investors that was suing me. But there is good news I was keeping all of my records with Vivacity Infotech "conversations" so I showed my investors the run around they were giving me so they pay for the judgement against me and we have new funding so thanks for them for understanding. BUT BEWARE I WOULD NOT WORK WITH THEM LOST A LOT OF TIME, MONEY AND INVESTORS There line is no problem we can do we can do. When you hear this RUN. They will tell you yes for EVERYTHING.
