In my present job I am responsible for the petty cash management, preparing salary vouchers and disbursing and maintaining allowances/loans to the staff members post the same to the template made by myself and send for the final accounting to the head office.

Carried out the above mentioned as a group project while doing Executive MBA; elaborated it by providing its background, introduction of poverty and suggested recommendations for its eradication; also highlighted World Bank's contribution toward poverty eradication. Gave a new focus of development and policy priorities and suggested priority action.
