Talimsa is an enterprise level CRM suite. I worked on various releases of Talisma over a period of four years from 2001 to 2005. I worked on many important features and across various application layers of Talisma suite during this period:
Talisma Interaction Management Engine
:Â Win32 desktop application interacting with Middle Tier written in .Net. It also involve work on the back end SQLÂ Server
Middle Tier
:Â Written in .Net it communicated with back-end SQLÂ server. This layer was added to the otherwise client server application to increase the scalability of the product
Custom Object Framework
:Â This feature gave the ability to customize Talisma suite for different verticals and tremendously contributed to its further growth
Custom Action Framework
:Â This feature allowed Custom Objects to be integrated with Business Logic
Miscelleneous
:Â Worked on Talisma SDKÂ written in C++ and exposed as COMÂ objects. Also worked on Talisma Web Client and many other features over this period
