This Best Practices Scorecard System is designed to be used over a 6 to 12 month period of time. There are 12 Best Practices Topics and 12 issues in each. That's 144 vital and important steps to creating a powerful and successful website. Answer questions in each Best Practices Topic quickly, just to see how your website compares. This is a sure way to fail at getting full value from this program.
The best way to use this system is to focus on one or at the most two of the 12 Best Practices Topic per month. That's not much time, since for each Best Practices Issue you must perform the following steps:
o read and understand the ramifications of the issue,
o compare with your current website's implementation of the issue,
o decide how to implement this program's evaluation and recommendations,
o implement website changes, and
o create a tracking system to measure the benefit of the changes.

It`s allow have data in offline mode if the server or the channel too busy. Client  be able to get updating as by using  Webservice engine and as by using Remoting engine.
