The reasoning behind my ratings:- Cooperation: When we came across problems with the deliverables submitted, Aman (Ravish's manager) was very responsive and promised to work more closely with Ravish to ensure better results. Also, we were not billed for any rework, even though it took a couple of weeks to complete.- Communication: Both Aman and Ravish could speak English well and there was no language barrier. After every change, Ravish would send me an email listing the changes he made and would comment his change appropriately in our bug/case tracker.- Deadlines: This was a tough one to rate because although results were delivered on time, they were rarely 100% perfect, which resulted in several hours or rework and back-and-forth discussions.- Availability: Both were available and responsive through email and Skype. - Quality: Ravish appeared to rush through the tasks he was assigned, thereby sacrificing the quality of his work. The results were inadequate. What appeared to be a lack of testing on his part resulted in us spending several hours testing and him spending several hours of rework.- Skills: In all fairness, Ravish may not have been the right person to hire because he lacked some of the skills required. We were under the assumption and belief that he could learn and pick up the lacking skills fairly quickly, but that was not the case.We hope that this feedback is taken into consideration by Ravish and he works on the areas we've identified and discussed over the course of the assignment. We believe he can provide value in the future if he simply works on improving the quality of his work.
