- Working in the IT field I have been exposed to a variety of technologies and have had to constantly develop new skills as technology evolved. As a network engineer, it is my intention to put those skills to good use and gain more experience. - In particular, I am very interested in working with Wireless infrastructure, LAN design, datacenter design , and routing in general, specially OSPF and BGP. Everything related to VPNs, specially IPSec ones, is a field that am also very interested in....

- I am not looking for a full-time job, as can't commit that many hours, but would rather work part-time or for specific projects.

- Sucessfully designed LAN installation for production sites, integrating several VLANs on the same site to account for different production machines connected to our network, always using the hierarchical model.

Sandvik is a swedish company with with branch offices all over the world. I am part of the global network team -comprising about 12 people. As such, I am responsible for helping Business Areas with new projects design, providing technical consultancy and support an all network-related activities, handling the day-to-day operations of our global network infrastrucuture (with over 400 sites), interacting with our communication providers, etc.
