I am Master Certified in Database Modeling.  I gave Igor a wireframe and a process flow document that showed details about the project.  I didn't expect him to have an accurate ER diagram but I wanted him to put together his concept without my influence to see where his thought process was.  After that point, I would make suggestions for improvement or take his suggestions.

We set deadlines on a continual basis and he would miss 75% of them.  He wouldn't do the work and then would sign on to talk with me and moments later would ell me he would have to leave for 1-2 hours.  Coming back later and not taking into account that I have my own deliverables.

Igor has the skillset to do the work.  However, he has an issue with following instructions, attending meetings on time and meeting deliverables.

I gave Igor multiple chances to rectify the situation.  For 3 days in a row I would ask him to make changes and gave him the opportunity to back out.  He said that he could deliver on his promises but the deliverables always fell short.

The last straw was a walkthrough with about 30-60 minutes worth of changes and instead of making them after our conversation or any time throughout the day, he waited until 15 minutes before our meeting and then asked me if he could have 20 more minutes to make the changes.  I had to put a stop to it.  This is pushing out my deadlines and causing issues with the quality of my work.

I would not recommend Igor nor will I use his services again in the future.
