This project ended unsuccessfully --- I do not know the reason as we had a good relationship starting out, I would probably give this provider the benefit of the doubt to say that there may have been a miscommunication in the expected end result as far as timeframe, quality of work expected, and methods used.What I know was that what was discussed originally was not accomplished in the timeframe, method or quality that was discussed. We ended up completing this project with another provider, and realized the task was probably more difficult than this provider originally anticipated/assessed and this is where the problem occurred.Again the provider seemed to have a good attitude throughout, but was not as responsive as we would have hoped to email contacts.My suggestion would be to consider starting with a trial project that does not hinge on a quick turn around time --- and give this provider a try despite our challenges I suspect it is not the usual situation.
