I am not only cancelling this job with this provider; I am asking for the following to take place:
1. We want our money returned at once. If I receive no confirmation of this I will contact our credit card company and they WILL negate the charges against your account. (We will certainly honor any amount due ODesk, however we will not be subject to any charges by the provider.)
2. We suggest that the provider in question is not fit to be included within your offered providers and should be banned from this ODesk service. We have had nothing but false promises, lies, missed deadlines and absolute ignoring of attempts to contact.
While they have been "cordial" they NEVER do what they say they are going to do and we have NUMEROUS emails wherein instructions were VERY explicit and clear - wherein we were told that they would handle them expeditiously and they have not. We have given them ample chances to complete the task and I am convinced that they have NO intention of delivering on their promises.
A simple Flash task that was stated would take 5-7 business days has now gone on for more than a month and they have (I assume) collected their money yet have not delivered anything close to finishing this project. We were told AM this morning that they would complete the edits we required today and they are now ignoring our attempts to communicate. I strongly advise ODesk that they delete these people from your service and we will strongly advise others to not use these probable ripoffs.
Supervisors and others have all made promises that they never do anything to achieve.
Please advise as to our credit card credit or we will take this matter up ourselves. We will certainly pay the 10% to oDesk that is due to you.Mike Doble828-963-7286
