This website is one of a handful of websites that successfully convert text-based documents to audio files. What sets this website apart from the rest in its market is market-based advertisements inserted into the recordings at runtime. Technologies used: PHP, MySQL, Prototype, Jquery, Spry, Yahoo, UI tools. Documents that can be converted include: xhtml, rss, docx, doc, pdf and txt.
This website was built on the Ning framework and we were asked to give the site a customized theme. In the middle of our development, Ning removed many features that allowed for easy manipulation of source code. We were able to successfully complete the project for theming the site, and are currently involved in customizing the forum using frames and Ajax. This customization is being done blindly since we no longer have access to source code. The project is expected to be completed mid December 2008.

This website also uses several payment gateways/ modules including Paypal IPN and Authorize.net Advanced Integration Method (AIM).
