Buyer beware on this entire company. TRULY! They talk a great game to start you out with but their resumes do not match their actual skillsets when you get into the project nor their REAL names for that matter. That could lead to other people taking tests and a whole other range of mis-information and we have found out first hand. This is the risk you run in this unregulated business portal but I have to say we will never be doing business with them again. In this person's case, whose name is not Dennis but Aneesh, I will simply say do not use them. They list all these fantastic skills that they have mastered but to be honest when those skills are needed they are not applied. Since they lie about their names in the portal can those resumes really stand up? After nearly $2500 and 250 hours I can say no. The simplist of things are missed time and again and you are put in this position that you think it would be easier to suffer through it then get another person. NO do not think that...get another team. I have been in IT for almost 20 years and have dealt with just about every vendor out there and this team ranks amongst the worst I have ever encountered. They can not go from A to C without the B and they never just "figure it out". We actually had to hire an outside programmer with the same skills to help them figure out something they list  as a primary skill...PHP. For the last month I have argued almost every issue. Imagine that, you pay a team to troubleshoot for you and everytime something doesnt work as a result of their efforts they tell you its your fault they didn't do it. Of course they did and after 3 hours in skype each time with a so called "manager" you come around to the fact that it is their doing and they will fix it....at your cost of course both in time and money. I don't know what else to say but stay away and spend your money and time elseware. After 250 hours with them trust me....get another team.
