I use Adobe Creative Suite CS3 for all my production and make sure to stay current with my software in order to give my designs all the effects and pop available with the current technology.

For those of you that think that because someone quotes you at lets say $3.00 an hour and they're from overseas. Think about this: You're Not protected with a NDA or Copyright. Second, you're usually going to pay more with all the revisions.
