Project scope: Presently working, Our client supplies parts and assemblies to Bajaj, Eicher Motors. This application covers following modules:

Requirement was clear in terms that what is required. But what was required was not a straight forward application. It was very complicated application and he wanted this in 100 hours to be a world class application with performance equivalent to MS Word without understanding technical complications involved !!I tried to explain in all possible ways that what are the complications.... but he didn't wanted to understand that. Although I completed the work (with may be not with world class performance, but no body can get that application in 100 hours). As I was uncertain, that is why initially I agreed only for Phase 1.He is a nice guy, but before jumping onto the project, make sure that you have clearly mentioned your deadlines and whether it is possible or not.... no tentative timelines.... otherwise you are in wrong place.To compensate, I worked more than 125 hours offline without charging him (as may be I was not technically that expert for this requirement), but hey.... there has to be a limit. Sorry !
