One Of the bad Experience here in odesk.

Caution All odesk Providers: If u dont have any project to work on, look for other clients, but dont ever try to work with this customer.

He dont want programmers to work on his projects, he look for slaves.

U wont get rewarded for the work u will do for him, He will keep teasing u with the work u will do with him.



Pepbiz gives same work to many providers and everybody undates the website, i completed a task and uploaded the code and it works fine, next day i saw it changed, what an embarrassement..lol

He will give u lot of work and expect that to be done within mins,  never understand the complexity of work.

I completed many work successfully for him and i got rewarded with such a bad feedback, u can see my profile for that.

please check pepbiz.com, pepbiz.net etc, u will the system and its complexity and he thinks we can do it in mins.

What an refreshing change!  I must say, I have had the most difficult time finding people who are competent and capable of doing good work, to say nothing of hard-working and responsible enough to deliver an assignment on time and with out errors.  Boy, did I luck out when I hired !

To put it simply, when I gave Ramesh an assignment I discovered that I could not only rely on him to meet his deadline with perfectly executed work, I was absolutely shocked and amazed to find that he would also take it upon himself (without being asked) to check his teammate's work and offer assistance when and where necessary.  Not to be overly dramatic, but this level of excellence and assumed responsibility came as such a surprise I nearly fainted... but gave him a bonus instead.

In short, Ramesh is without a doubt an asset to any company or project he becomes involved with and I hope that the potential employer reading these comments will give him the same chance that I gave him -- you will not be disappointed.
