Over the last 5 years I have worked on a wide-variety of Flash, Web and Design Related Projects for a wide variety of organizations, societies and indivisuals. Led the release of the new and completely revamped GIKI Institute Website. Apart from the managerial tasks i have also worked in the following capacities.
An interactive Item Designer Application using Flash and PHP. Pick an item, choose a design, color it to your heart’s content and order it. To fit client’s requirement, I built and coded the color wheels and swatches from scratch myself. The application is integrated with PHP/mySQL , allowing the customers to store their deisgns.
This is a very advanced and sophisticated Data-Driven,Flash-Oriented application for Shell Pakistan North Region. It is basically a highly interactive web-based data organization, storage, retrieval and presentation tool. It is designed using Flash CS3, ASP.NET Web Services and MS Access. I developed this site header for the GIK University Website.It includes dynamic random image, caption and logo loading along with action-script based menu animation. In addition all the menu items including the sub-menus are dynamically loaded by parsing an XML file, so to add/remove/edit menu/sub-menu items , a simple edit in the XML file is all that is required.
I spent 2 months on this project for Ghulam Ishaq Khan Institute (GIKI) Website. It had a complex workflow, starting from Google Maps, through Maya and eventually terminating on Flash. Everything from modeling the architecture, to writing action script for bringing the tour to life was a one man job. To keep the size low (as per requirment) interactive 3d navigation has not been included.
A Profile cd for a Debating Society using Flash CS3. Has features such as dynamically loaded text, pictures and videos. I did the design in Photoshop, modeled and animated the icons in Swift 3d.
