-Proactively communicates all policies and handle grievances -Reviews and designs HR programs such as career and employee development employee health, recreation and welfare services, suggestion and incentives award system, performance and efficiency rating and promotion plans by conducting internal studies, referring to the strategic plan and interacting with the HR and initiates steps for improvement of HR management practices. -Conduct and arrange test for skills, intelligence and psychological testing of applicants where deem necessary -Enforces company’s code on employee discipline by issuing sanctions after due process has been observed to employees who violated the Code to instill employee discipline and protect the interests of the Company -Responsible for full recruiting and hiring process including sourcing, interviewing, selecting, and on-boarding qualified candidates meeting the specifications that is expected by the company -Participates in strategic and planning sessions to provide inputs regarding HR related matters and helps set long term strategies and goals. -Designs HR related policies, procedures and systems relevant to the needs of the organizational environment to provide the organization with the necessary HR resources and control systems. -Conducts team meetings and takes actions on suggestions to promote team harmony and maintain member motivation and operational efficiency. -Orients new staff on work expectations and standards and the norms and culture of the company to ensure smooth entry and socialization of the new member of the team. -Conducts coaching or recommends staff to training to prepare them for current and future job challenges. -Builds motivation and a rewarding psychological work environment and maintains a clean and orderly physical work environment in the department to maintain high morale and job satisfaction. -Maintains an efficient performance management system by setting performance objectives with staff, monitoring performance and conducting performance reviews to correct performance problems or sustain good performance. |
