Clickmarks Pvt. Ltd is a subsidiary of Clickmarks Inc. based in USA and it provides presentation level integration solution to multi nationals and system integrators. I started as a Software Engineer in January 2003 and did some of the major projects. I was promoted to PM then.
My responsibilities as a PM included managing the outsourced projects right from taking requirements from clients, giving estimated cost and incase of agreement entire product thoroughly tested and running. It included dealing with engineering and product teams making sure the timely and efficient delivery of the product. The entire project management task encompassed, requirement analysis, functional specification, implementation and testing by engineering team, effective internal and external communication, resource allocation and final staging and sign off. During my tenure as Project Manager, I was assigned projects and referred to clients directly by CEO. |
