During my work at the company a cut-through automation of crediting process has been developed from processing of applications, issues, repayments to fine accounting and sold credits support. I have significantly simplified the set of the existing code connected with business-logic and client software having refreshed it according to the current condition of business processes. Automation of plain-html site support has considerably reduced labor intensity.

I have organized a close-knit team and have taught them the fundamentals of plug-in development on the Eclipse platform. I have implemented the practice of unit-tests usage what has positively influenced the code quality and allowed to support projects operative condition by constantly unknown release date without extinction of functional expansion. I have also developed the structure of editor main modules; have implemented code generation for main components of editor model, what allowed to considerably reduce hand-labor and easily implementing BPEL validation nontrivial code having kept the convenience of debugging.
