I am working as a test engineer for manufacturing companies in Japan, I will give details of my project only when called for interview
Unfortunately Meenu did not work well with our company. While she is a nice person, she doesn't understand English instructions well. This lack of understanding clear instructions caused much chaos & stress within the company because we would have to repeat ourselves over & over again.When she didn't understand something the odd time she would speak up & ask a question, but it wasn't consistant. Once she got 2 different sets of instructions, & instead of noticing they were different, she said nothing & did the task wrong. Even besides that mistake she didn't complete the task properly.We also felt she didn't have common sense, so she would do a task that wasn't logical.Her attention to detail was very poor, so we had to constantly point out additional errors in a file she was working on even though they were right in front of her. This proactiveness is something we except from all team members.After giving Meenu several chances to improve including having her work with another team member to see if she improved on following instructions, she made mistakes there as well, so we decided we couldn't continue on like this.We wish her all the best
