Manage contractors working on various stages of the development project. Led the effort to reduce install time for Oracle Applications by 60%. Head DBA for civilian database and responsible for coordinating the effort to digitize 130,000 personnel records. Designed interface to transfer data from regional application to local database, saving 10 man-hours per week.
