I've enjoyed working with them. In fact, we've already started a new project. The technical and business knowledge of Wojciech, Marek, and Daniel are top-notch. In a perfect word I would prefer more frequent status updates; however, having worked with dozens of development teams Legendary Mill is by far the my favorite to-date.

Our priorities changed and instead of developing new application we engagedWojciech in solving problems with existing one. He did great job and helped usmeet our deadline.Wojciech stated that his experience with Rails is moderate, but it appears thatarmed with debugger and with API docs at hand he's able to track down problemswith any code.But his main advantage seems to be communication skills allowing himto blend into development team quickly and start effective cooperationimmediately.

Website Cleanup Project

We hired Wojciech to initially work on a small scale project to clean up an existing website.  However, he proved to be one of the best providers we have worked with thus far from oDesk (you can check our work history and # of assignments in oDesk).  We ended up assigning him more complex and larger projects, which he proved to be more than capable of handling.  We have ended this initial project (which included additional work beyond the scope of what was first discussed) and have hired him on for the additional complex projects.His strengths are:He approaches web development very methodically, so he covers all aspects including writing project proposal specs and planning, as well as error checking and cross browser compatibility.  And, he is very good about tracking bugs and additional tasks so that we are on the same page.Excellent English communication skills.  I would rate his English communication as a 4 out of 5 stars (5 stars for native English speakers), and he is constantly eager to improve his English.Timely updates and feedback - he provides daily updates and is very good about discussing any outstanding issues with our team.He has the combination of design and development skills.The only downside is that he is not available to work with us full-time since he has other arrangements at the moment.  If it was a possibility, I would hire Wojciech to work on our projects full-time.
