POOR. I do NOT recommend this provider.The purpose of this long comment is to advise future users. I rarely post negative comments and would prefer not to waste my valuable time. I asked Carla to rewrite 10 articles that I had given her and gave her flexibility to incorporate a string of key words that I gave her. I also INSISTED in the original project outline that ALL articles MUST be written in her own words, meet COPYSCAPE and were 400 words long. 4 of the articles that she presented me CLEARLY did NOT meet Copyscape and contained significantly large extracts from the originals - nor did they meet my 400 words criteria. I gave her 3 opportunities to remedy this and all I got from her was excuses, how well she had done, how brilliant her previous feedback was and how poor the original articles were. I am from the UK, so I am FULLY aware of correct English, grammar and spelling. I have also been in internet marketing for 4 years, so I am not a newbie who can have the wool pulled over their eyes. I am not convinced that the billed hours were worked.I have disputed this as I refused to pay for POOR deliverables - as per my project outline. However, in the interests of my own time, I doubt that I will pursue it for $15. I have no doubt that Carla will challenge my comments, but I prefer to let you have both sides of the story. I am happy to be contacted to elaborate on my comments.
