During our interview, he told me he was going to pay me directly through Paypal and not through Odesk. He also said that we will not be using the Odesk Team for job monitoring. I was hesitant but I agreed to use his own job monitoring program because I needed this job. But I insisted on being paid through Odesk using "offline time" so I would not worry about who's paying the Odesk fee, which should be his responsibility.I had to quit because some of the hours I spent working were not approved because we had a misunderstanding with our work schedule. I think it's unfair because at that time, we were just setting up his own job monitoring program. So I ended up posting only the offline times he approved. Since we are not using Odesk screenshots for job monitoring, I know that he can easily wipe out my entire week's work hours if he wishes to. I think it's important to use the standard Odesk tools, which also works well for other buyers. I would rather get a bad feedback than continue this job.
