I 'm a tenured Filipino call center professional with 8 years solid experience in the Customer Relations Management Industry, I have  extensive experience in both inbound/outbound telesales & customer support handling. I worked with Accounts like Dell, Chase, and Vonage, where I provided customer support. I also managed accounts for companies like Branders.com (a promotional products company in San MateoCA) and Modern Data Products (one of the US Natl. Defense contractor for office/stationary products. Based in Culver CityCA). I also have management experience, I was a Team Lead for one of the premiere call center here in the Philippines  

As part of the welcome team, I am tasked to contact newly
signed up customers to provide technical assistance for the 1st time installation of the VOIP equipment. Part of the job is to also educate customers on the proper use of the VONAGE phone service, and to walk customers through the VONAGE ONLINE ACCOUNT.  I am also tasked to assist customer with basic billing, and customer service concerns. As an Account Manager I am Responsible for building relationship with existing and new customers. Part of the task is to make sure that the sales process will be as easy as possible for our customers, starting from the selection process, the placement of the orders, the fulfillment of the instructions as given by the customer up to the prompt delivery of the goods and feedback gathering.
