Vitaly Carbivnicii completed the job requirements with aptitude and enthusiasm and went beyond what I expected from an oDesk provider.  He completed the tasks quickly and was flexible with making the small (and large!) changes that we asked of him.  I would recomend Vitaly for any assignments that fall within his skill set.

The project we contracted Vitaly to build changed over time and he was more than willing to work with us to make sure the project filled our current goals.  Even with multiple changes to the requirements he was quick to make sure the technical aspects of our project reflected the end goal.  We went through multiple iterations of the final product and Vitaly was there every step of the way fulfilling every requirement.

Vitaly's English is not perfect but is more than adequate to understand what you are trying to communicate to him and vice-versa.  Even though the time difference in significant he turned around work in one day or less (usually less).  We communicated with Vitaly exclusively through email and found this to be a pleasant way to work, if a bit more time consuming.  Occasionally Vitaly overlooked small details in the requirements but he quickly fixed them.

We have found Vitaly's work to be of high quality and his willingness to make changes outstanding.  I look forward to working with Vitaly in the future.  I recomend him wholeheartedly.  His price is fair (and even cheap), we awarded him a bonus of almost 10% for his fantastic work.  If you have a project that Vitaly can complete you would be foolish to use someone else.  Thank you V.C.!

Vitaly Carbivnicii is a honorable, multi - talented person who's programming  skills always exceeded my expectations. His English skills are excellent, he "get's it" right away. Needless to say communication with him was great, he  picked up concepts, researched them, then ran with them and often took them to a much  higher level.  

It is an understatement  when I say, you will be very lucky to get a guy like this on your team.  Vitaly took full ownership on my project and together we kept bringing the  site up to new levels.

Vitaly can totally build a SEF, SEO tweaked site  and is well aware of SEO practices and knows how to implement them. The site  he built for me has so many features that I do not have room to explain them all  here.

Bottom line, this is someone you can trust 100%. Vitaly is a  very straightforward and upfront kind of guy, he tells it like it is.  He is  versatile and extremely talented and helped me with many things beyond his  original assignment. In short he acted like a true friend. Loyalty.......very  hard to come by these days.

Vitaly Carbivnicii will go above and beyond your expectations. He is very talented, ethical and a fair person. He takes pride and ownership in his work AND your project; A RARE BREED.

Vitaly and I started this project as per my specifications as a Wordpress multi blog project, with 100's of videos, pictures and highly complex interactive google maps. He completed the project above and beyond expectations and did things that no one had ever done with Wordpress before, he really pushed the limits. So if you are looking for a Wordpress expert, this is your guy.

When we were near finishing the project he started doing research on Joomla! 1.5 and both of us agreed that it would be a much better platform since my site was so multi media oriented....management of assets would be much easier.

To make a long story short, I decided to scrap the Wordpress site even though it was pretty much finished. In some ways I wished we used it, I think the Wordpress community would have been extremely impressed when they saw it. The potential buzz from the wp community would have been nice.

Anyway, we started on the new Joomla 1.5 site. Things went smoothly, the back end was much cleaner and simpler. I am so glad I listened to him. 

Vitaly is truly a talented programmer. He is honest and has truly innovative ways of dealing with complex challenges. He is an expert with: 1) google maps api

3) implementation/embedding of video
4) asset management (pictures, video etc.)
