MessageFromMe.com is a free media sharing/social networking site.
It works using its own streaming plugin, which delivers very high audio/video quality at low bitrate, thanx to its use of H264 and OGG Vorbis.
FromMe Productions' team and I worked on this project from the initial idea to End-User releases (many upgrades have been made from the beginning) : network architecture and data system conception and management, back and front-end design, traffic monitoring, video and audio encoding processes, and e-commerce.
I've been sharing my time with wonderfull people there, and learned alot too. One of my best Odesk experience !

StreamPlug is an advanced media player for the web : It decodes MPEG4 video streams such as h264, and vorbis audio from a remote file using a simple http server.
I've been team working on this software during my last position, finalising code upgrades, and debugging c++ COM/directX code.
Lately, I've worked on StreamPlug's installer, which was then entirely rewritten to fit the standards, using NSIS scriptable system
