In addition, implemented network security and provided technical support for a server and web-based medical dictation programs.
Working for Event Medical, LLC, served as technical writer and editor, web content producer, and IT Operations Manager. Duties included writing interviewing software engineers, business analysts, subject matter experts, and upper-level management for software and hardware applications. Products included software user guides and web pages.
