As a consultant for Mohawk Industries, led a project to update or remove outdated documentation files and folders on the Mohawk IS network share drive. This task entailed organizing documentation library folders for the IS group and writing technical documentation for installation of the new systems using MS Word and Visio.
For Dictation Services Group, implemented a variety of information systems tasks to provide computerized technical support to 10 medical clinics. Support included providing documentation for internal insurance software consistent with HIPPA standards, producing instructional manuals, and creating on-line help guides, and providing help desk and customer service support. In addition, implemented network security and provided technical support for a server and web-based medical dictation programs.
Working for Event Medical, LLC, served as technical writer and editor, web content producer, and IT Operations Manager. Duties included writing interviewing software engineers, business analysts, subject matter experts, and upper-level management for software and hardware applications. Products included software user guides and web pages.
