I currently work for Gleeds Management Services Limited, based in Nottingham, UK as a Construction Project Manager. I am also a qualified Quantity Surveyor and gained chartered status in July 2003.
In my present position I perform an Employer’s Agent role on a £200 million Education PFI project for 41 schools in Northampton. My responsibilities include the interface and management of the PFI consortium contractors and Authority Stakeholders, managing the delivery of the capital works to construct 2 new build schools and refurbish/remodel 6 others, the Co-ordination of the Snagging, De-snagging and 12 month Defects Liability Inspections across all 41 schools and Co-ordination of the Change Control Process. I am alsd involved in the preparation of bids for both private and public sector work in all sectors namely residential, commercial,education and retail.
