MANAGER ADMIN/HR – DELOITTE MULTAN (NOV 2008 TO DATE)
· Manage and lead the Admin Team to ensure that all assigned functions to each team member are properly performed, executed and delivered within time frames.
· Serve as a primary point of direct administrative contact and liaison with different departments, individuals, and external institutions and agencies on a range of specified issues; organize and facilitate meetings, conferences, and other special events, as required
· Perform Management Tasks like, keep eye on other team members’ work activities.
INFORMATION SYSTEEMS MANAGER – DELOITTE MULTAN (NOV 2008 TO DATE)
· Responsible for performing business needs assessment and ensuring that servers, systems, internal business applications, and telecommunications capabilities within the organization are aligned with operational needs and customer requirements.
· Perform systems and business analysis.
· Supervise, set and carryout timelines and deadlines for admin and other IT staff.
· Work with head office to plan and organize implementation tasks.
· Lead the IT team in identifying new technologies and solutions for firm consideration and adoption.
· Manage the department's budgets, personnel and assets.
· Lead and control IT initiatives on a regional level.
· Optimize existing technologies used by the firm to provide the optimum service to clients.
· Determine and adopt standards and procedures for technical functions.
· Assist in the establishment and implementation of tactical and strategic plans for IT; assist in the development and management of associated budgets.
· Remain informed of the most current IT trends and technology.
