The extent of my work experience has centered on the information technology industry, wherein I have rendered services as a technical communications specialist/business writer for 9 years now. The range of skills that I have applied to this position is varied and has continued to increase over the years in response to the highly competitive nature of the industry.
My organizational communication coursework in my undergraduate degree focused on the management of communication in the corporate environment. This academic background has prepared me to perform a variety of job functions ranging from writing to customer service. I am presently completing my Master's degree in Business Administration to further expand my capacity to comprehend and convey different forms of business communication.
