One of the worst project jobs I have ever seen. EVER. The requirements were clear, simple, and they had a near-perfect wireframe of what we wanted. And still, execution was a mess. They just kept delivering an unfinished crap project week after week without any QA or clear understanding of the fact that what they were delivering was not what we asked for. For every three conversations and bug list we prepared, they managed to create an entire new list of bugs and still not fix the old ones. This so-called "team" was so bad, my entire faith in the outsourcing process was rocked. We actually had to hire another person to go in and clean up their work. And this is not a novice saying this. This is our fourth web project, the smallest of the 4, which was managed by a Google engineer who now wants nothing to do with oDesk. Beware. We nearly contracted this firm for a very large project and had they done a good job with this seemingly insignificant and effortless project, we would've awarded it to them. great job overselling themselves they did. Such a sham. And they actually had the nerve to say we never required this and that at the end. There were only a dozen or so freakin requirements. Once we showed them the document, they disappeared. We just cut our losses on this one.
