I can translate most anything from English to French and French to English quite easily. I do so in my day to day life as I am in a bilingual household.
My duties were as follow : Answering phone calls in a call center environment, treating billing problems for a telephone / cable / internet provider. Reporting to my superiors when a situation arose that I was not able to handle myself.
My main task was to type up reports from audio recordings, as well as handwritten. I was also performing other office duties, such as photocopying documents, sorting files...
I was entering data into the system, from written forms filled out by immigration immigrants from all over the world, who wished to move to Canada, as well as requesting more information from the immigrants when I needed information that was missing on the form. This was a job in which I handled highly confidential information.
