Detailed Responsibilities
Ø Responsible in the supervision of the staff and delegate duties to team members. Ø Maintain a clear line of communication between the U.S and in-country office. Ø Manage the day-to-day planning, operation, and problem solving of the team to meet with the required quality output. Ø Motivate and inspire team members and recognize his/her accomplishments and exceptional performance. Ø Train and develop staff in areas of their responsibilities. Ø Compile and submit reports on team’s performance. Ø Monitor progress towards objectives set. Ø Conducts employee reviews and discipline. Ø Evaluate each team members semi-annually regarding his/her work performance. Ø Discuss project impediments, needed resources or issues/delays in completing the task to the Department Head. |
