I have had several years of experience working as an administrative assistant in a telecommunications company. I am very good at typing documents/data entry, arranging files, typing up reports, scheduling meetings and taking down messages for phone calls. In my last job as Visitor Control Specialist, I transcribed recorded calls which were used as authentic material for Human Resource Department.
