Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Assists customers with billing, account maintenance and the provisioning of the Cable Internet service 2. Provides solutions for internet/technical issues for Dial-up, Cable Internet Connection 3. Accepts escalations when necessary and if customers require instructions for advance troubleshooting 4. Helps customers configure other software such as their email client as well as newsgroups 5. Gives the basic settings for common routers (Linksys, D-Link, etc.) to work with their pc’s and internet connection Email Technical Support for Dial-up
Duties and Responsibilites: 1. Provides resolution to customer’s internet concerns through email, making sure that customer can browse and send emails without problems 2. Gives customers the basic settings for email clients such as Outlook, Outlook Express, etc., as well as configuring the dial-up modem 3. Assist customers with setting up the Internet Provider’s software known as TotalAccess on their computers |
